Learn Tantra
With Tantra practice, you will begin to enjoy small pleasures of life.

Tantra is not for everybody. First, you should know if you are fit to practice trantra. All your senses should be working within normal limits. You should be neither emotionally disturbed nor totally insensitive. You should not have extreme mood swings. You should have balanced energy levels. You should not feel feeble energy or raging energy. You should not totally abstain from sensual pleasures. At the same time you should not indulge in sensual pleasures in addictive fashion. Check yourself for these parameters and if you feel fit, you passed the first entrance test.

Proper understanding of several basics are needed to start learning tantra. An introductory workshop of two days will set the ground for your learning. Then you can decide on further learning.

What you will achieve by learning Tantra?
​
You will be properly centered in yourself. The things that knock you out of balance from the state of homeostasis will become fewer and fewer as you progress. You will be less anxious than before. Stress will not drain your energies. You will begin to enjoy small pleasures of life. Your performance will improve on professional front. Your relationships will be more comfortable.
